12.3 Limitations on Complaints

Complaints made outside the one (1) day timeframe after cleaning may not be considered for further action, as they suggest the issue was not a concern at the time of service. We reserve the right to determine whether a complaint is valid based on the timing of the report.

12.4 Pending Complaints and Service Continuation

Pending, unresolved complaints shall not justify immediate termination of the contract or halt of services unless the complaint is serious enough to suspend work. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the complaint without disruption to the ongoing service schedule.

12.5 Inspection and Verification

In some cases, we may need to inspect the premises and verify the nature of the complaint before taking action. If we determine that the complaint is unjustified or related to an issue outside of our responsibility, we will inform you of our findings, and no further action will be taken.

You must ensure that the premises are accessible for our staff during the agreed service hours. If any access routes (e.g., gates, doors) are locked, you must provide us with the necessary keys or access codes in advance. 14.3 External Hazards

We recommend that any external hazards, such as overgrown bushes, debris, or pet waste, be cleared from the vicinity of windows prior to the scheduled cleaning. We will not be responsible for any accidents that arise from such hazards.
